Microcement terraces · Costa del Sol
We turn terraces, penthouses and patios into seamless, elegant outdoor spaces with microcement, laid straight over your existing surface — no demolition, no rubble, ready in just a few days. A joint-free floor that stays safe underfoot when wet and is sealed against the sun and damp, flowing your lounge out onto the terrace with barely any extra weight on the slab.
Why microcement on your terrace
Microcement for terraces creates a seamless outdoor floor — non-slip, waterproof and UV-resistant — laid over the surface you already have. These are the four reasons it's the best way to renew a terrace, penthouse or patio on the Costa del Sol.

Laying the same microcement indoors and out creates a smooth visual transition, with no joints or changes in level, that links your lounge to the terrace and makes the whole space feel larger. This indoor-outdoor flow is the most sought-after effect in penthouses and homes with a view.

We seal the terrace with a specific outdoor non-slip topcoat — an anti-slip additive in the sealer, over a smooth surface — to keep its grip when the surface is wet from rain or watering. It's the safe choice for terraces, patios and pool surrounds used by children or older people on the coast.

If the existing porcelain, tiles or paving is sound and level, we apply microcement straight on top with a primer and reinforcing mesh. No lifting the surface, no rubble and no clearing the terrace: the work is clean and quick, with a jointless finish.

Microcement is applied in layers just a few millimetres thick, so it barely adds load to the slab — a key advantage on penthouses and roof terraces compared with a mortar screed or a new tiled floor. We respect the expansion joints to prevent cracking in the heat.
Terraces transformed without building work
Every terrace is a bespoke project shaped by how it's used, its exposure to the sun and its substrate. This is how outdoor spaces look after a seamless, non-slip and waterproof microcement finish.

The change, without lifting the floor
The old, cracked or worn surface disappears beneath a seamless, warm and elegant floor, with no noise and no rubble. This is the kind of transformation we deliver in just a few days.

Every terrace, a bespoke project
No templates: we plan the work around your space, how it's used, the climate and the look you're after. We apply in stages, with no demolition, so you don't have to move furniture or leave your home.
We assess the substrate, its levels and how exposed your terrace is to sun and damp — on site or from your photos.
We clean and key the existing surface and treat any cracks, without lifting the tiles or creating rubble.
We apply a bonding primer and a fibre mesh that stabilises the substrate and prevents cracking.
We seal against leaks with a vapour barrier and water-repellents, respecting the expansion joints.
We hand-trowel the microcement in coats until we reach the colour, texture and seamless finish you want.
We protect the terrace with a UV-resistant sealer and an outdoor anti-slip finish.
We check the result with you and hand over your terrace ready to use, with its written guarantee.

We're based in Periana (Málaga) and renew terraces throughout the province. From penthouses in Marbella and seafront terraces in Fuengirola to patios in the Axarquía, we lay microcement wherever the sun and saline coastal air demand an outdoor floor that lasts.

Trust and track record
We're a Málaga-based company specialising in microcement refurbishment without building work, founded by Esteban Godoy Méndez. Since 2020 we've transformed terraces and penthouses — from rooftops in Marbella to coastal villas — with our own applicators, never subcontracted.
Nothing is improvised: we start with a technical survey — on site or by video call — of the substrate, the intended use and how exposed your terrace is to sun and damp. We then apply the system best suited to it, with certified materials and a direct line to our technical team throughout the project.

It's very easy: water and a neutral soap, with no waxes or varnishes. Resealing every two to three years keeps the protection in perfect condition. Unlike tiles, there are no slippery grout lines; unlike timber decking, there's nothing to rot — just a seamless surface.
