There's no need to lift tiles, clear out furniture or move out for days. We apply microcement straight over ceramic tiles, marble, terrazzo, concrete or technical wood, with full adhesion. The only requirement is a stable substrate with no movement and no rising damp — including large areas and floors with underfloor heating.

Is microcement flooring any good?
Yes. On a stable substrate, laid by skilled applicators, it's a hard-wearing, seamless floor proven in homes, clinics and busy commercial spaces. It's waterproof once sealed and its joint-free finish is easy to clean and keeps its looks for years.
Can you lay microcement over existing tiles?
Yes. We apply microcement straight over ceramic tiles, marble, terrazzo, concrete or technical wood, with full adhesion and no need to lift the old floor. The only requirement is a stable substrate with no movement and no rising damp.
How much does microcement flooring cost per m²?
From €85/m² + VAT for interior floors on a stable substrate. In high-traffic areas, using higher-performance products, the cost sits between €80 and €95/m². It includes materials, application, sealing and a written guarantee.
How do you clean and maintain microcement floors?
Very easily — just warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner; no waxing or special polishing. With no joints, dirt has nowhere to collect, so the floor stays hygienic and looks its best for years.
Is microcement flooring slippery, and does it work with underfloor heating?
Not by default — we apply non-slip sealers matched to how the room is used, so the floor stays safe underfoot. It's also fully compatible with underfloor heating, with no joints to interrupt the heat across the floor.
Does the installation make a lot of mess?
No. It's a clean, dust-free install with no demolition and no rubble. You can carry on using the space whilst we transform it, because we apply microcement over your existing floor in stages.
Does microcement flooring crack or have joints?
It's a seamless, joint-free overlay reinforced with mesh during application. On a sound, stable substrate with no movement or damp, it won't crack and shows no visible joints, keeping its continuity across the whole floor — including large areas.
What's the difference between microcement and polished concrete?
They're different products. Polished concrete is a thick structural slab ground and polished in place; microcement is a 2-3 mm decorative overlay laid over almost any existing floor — tiles, marble, wood — with no demolition. Microcement is lighter, faster and far less disruptive to install.
