Cookie Policy
Which cookies we use and how you can manage them.

Introduction
Esteban Godoy Méndez (GM Microcemento) provides this Cookie Policy in compliance with article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE).
The website gm-microcemento.es uses its own and third-party cookies to improve and optimise the user experience, collecting browsing information anonymously. Cookies are stored on the user's device to improve usability, understand browsing habits and obtain statistical information.
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small file downloaded onto the user's device when accessing certain web pages. Cookies make it possible to recognise the device, obtain information about browsing habits or personalise content.
Some cookies are necessary and essential for transmitting a communication or for delivering a service expressly requested by the user (for example, navigation or access to secure areas).
Categories of cookies we use
We group cookies into three categories. Only the necessary ones switch on automatically; analytics and marketing require your prior consent and stay off until you grant it:
- Necessary (always on): essential for the site to work (navigation, security and remembering your own cookie preference). They include Google's reCAPTCHA cookie, which protects our forms against spam and automated abuse. They cannot be switched off and do not require consent.
- Analytics (optional): these let us understand anonymously and in aggregate how the site is used so we can improve it, for example through Google Analytics. They only switch on if you allow them.
- Marketing (optional): these let us measure campaigns and show relevant content, for example through Google Ads or social media pixels. They only switch on if you allow them.
Cookies may also be first-party (managed by GM Microcemento) or third-party (analytics and advertising providers), and session cookies (which expire when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (which remain for a set period).
How we manage your consent
When you first access the site we show a consent banner. Until you decide, no analytics or marketing cookies are switched on: the site applies Google Consent Mode v2 with measurement and advertising storage denied by default. Only when you give your consent is that state updated and, where applicable, the corresponding services loaded.
The banner offers you three options:
- Accept all: switches on necessary, analytics and marketing cookies.
- Only necessary: keeps only the essential technical cookies and rejects the optional ones.
- Configure: lets you choose category by category (the necessary ones remain always on).
Your choice is saved on your device so we do not ask you again on every visit.
How to change or withdraw your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time:
- From the site: click the “Cookie settings” link available in the footer to reopen the panel and change your preferences.
- From your browser: delete or block cookies from your browser's privacy settings (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge).
Please note that if you block all cookies from the browser, some services or features of the site may not work correctly.
